Assistant Service Manager
Responsibilities
· Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
· Meet regularly with other members of the team & customer to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the service
· Oversee the team to manage the maintenance project
· Coordinate with oversea OEM for all oversea repair
· Established networks with other suppliers for local capabilities build up
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to diagnose & repair complex systems
- Able to adapt & work under tight schedule
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to manage a team
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues & implement effective solutions
- Willing to travel to on site
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Singaporeans Only
