Job Description:
- Timesheet application for internal staff worldwide for all types of requests
- Perform data reconciliation and follow up with various parties to ensure the completeness of the data
- Coordinate and liaise with various parties to ensure information is updated promptly
- Verify supporting documents for leave application
- Maintain leave database updated, controls, and closing
- Prompt assist with all leave queries
- Ensure a smooth and effective global onboarding and offboarding process
- Responsible for welcoming all new ISAP external staff
- Assist in updating the External staff related Applications
- During offboarding, ensure that all related processing and paperwork are completed
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Diploma in relevant discipline
