Our client a well-known Insurance business is hiring for HR Assistant for 12 month contract.
This role will support the administrations of ELC and HRIS:
- Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification
- Leave Management – Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc
- Offboarding
- Work pass applications (new and renewals)
- Letters generation (E.g. personal visa letters for travel, ICA PR documents, Certification of Employment that cannot be generated from DarwinBox)
- Report generation /data provision for any ad-hoc requests
- Statutory Surveys
The candidate must be IT savvy and have general HR experience. Understanding the COMPASS framework would be a plus.
