Scope of Work:
- Managing concierge duties.
- Assisting guests in wayfinding.
- Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions
- Handle passengers’ retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video, live chats)
- Processing & managing all promotions, events & gift redemptions.
- Managing of ticketing services & sales transactions.
- Handling feedback & complaints from guests & tenants.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service handling.
- Experience in luxury/ brand promotion work added advantage.
- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with passengers
- Willing to commit rotating shift
