Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Customer Service Associate position.
Responsibilities: -
- Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
- Manage Customer Consignment Programs
- Responsible for On-time deliveries for Both Internal Customers (Engineers) & External Customers. Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure On-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
- Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers
- Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement.
- Update Customer Price Books
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
- Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
- Build and maintain a good customer relationship
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
