Job Scope
• Plan & schedule local & onsite overseas service activities
• Plan calibration equipment scheduling, loaning, shipping for onsite local-regional service jobs.
• Manage service contracts with timely renewal before expiry of existing contract.
• Create end user quote service & simple opportunities in close coordination with After-sales.
• Create quotes for service jobs (local/ regional) for calibration, onetime jobs, relocation etc.
• Prepare & process after-sales orders including parts & accessories with production division.
• Verify order confirmation & coordinate with producing division on customer delivery timeline.
• Facilitate shipment of parts & accessory orders in liaison with customer & partners.
• Prepare invoices & shipping documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in service coordinator.
• No experience in order processing or shipping is needed as training will be provided.
