Contract: 1 year
Location: Mtower (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park)
Responsibilities
- Plan, curate/organise relevant programmes and materials to strengthen employee well-being and build an engaged workforce.
- Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes which includes venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of the transactions.
- You will also work with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to:
- Curate and organise learning programmes to equip supervisors on the know-hows on supporting their officers’ well-being.
- Provide administrative support for in-house learning programmes (e.g. orientation for new officers)
Requirements
- A-level, Diploma holder
- Experience in training support, health/well-being promotion, events management would be an advantage.
- Team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
