Job Descriptions:
- Manage and review construction programme for aluminium facade work.
- Ensure compliance of the qualify procedure & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors
- Preparation of detailed programme for site team to follow accordingly and complete on time
- Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with technical team
- Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction
- Coordinate betweenmain contractor and monitor site manpower and resources to meet schedules
- Liaise with the Design team on the submission of related structural works and technical issues and site measurement and preparation of cutting list for fabrication work.
- Plan all works on site, including programme schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement usage etc
- Monitor progress against programme and cost against budget
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment
- Ensure works are compliant with the specifications and QA requirements
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in aluminium facade work.
