As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing business processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Design and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Assess business models, gather and synthesize information, and define future state business solutions in alignment with project objectives.
- Collaboration and Management: Work closely with team members, manage team performance, and make informed decisions to guide the project.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and technology integration, providing insights and guidance across multiple teams.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions to complex problems affecting both your immediate team and broader project teams.
- Decision Making: Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key project decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Process Design and Requirements Analysis.
- Language Skills: Expert proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) and English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize information effectively.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage team dynamics effectively.
Preferred Qualification/Experience:
- Experience working on projects with private equity firms or similar high-stakes environments.
