1. Payroll Management
▪ Be familiar with prevailing legislation, union’s collective agreement, and company rules and guidelines on pay matters
▪ Prepare and submit payroll for assigned projects bi-monthly
▪ Record the successful submission of payroll into the system
2. Human Resource Management
▪ Be familiar with prevailing legislation, union’s collective agreement, and company rules and guidelines on HR matters
▪ Assist Human Resource Manager of assigned sites in:
a. Manpower budgeting of assigned sites
b. Recruitment and selection
c. Conducting exit interviews and termination
d. Executing retiring and re-employment
e. Managing welfare, leave, and medical leave
f. Resolving worker’s grievances
g. Recording yearly performance of workers
3. Insurance Management
▪ Coordinate and submit Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims to MOM timely and follow up with insurer on claim reimbursement
▪ Coordinate with Operations team to get the case report and submit Public Liability claim to insurance company
4. Other tasks as assigned by Human Resource Manager
Job Requirements:
▪ Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
▪ At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the related field
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
▪ Excellent time management
▪ Meticulous, well-organized, analytical, adaptable and matured individual with positive working attitude and high commitment
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
▪ Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
▪ Positive attitude and strong in execution
