Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Executive will assist in implementing the business development plans and initiatives for Thomson Medical Centre (TMC) and Thomson Specialist Clinics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in sourcing for new corporate accounts and maintain current accounts for the Company across all the business units.
- Work with various stakeholders in the Specialist Clinics and TMC to ensure that any new business development plans are well implemented in accordance with the goals and objectives.
- Assist in developing and managing a monitoring system to evaluate the success of each business development plan or initiative.
- Assist in the drafting of agreements.
- Assist in preparing feasibility study for projects.
- Work with marketing and doctors’ engagement teams to ensure support and success of the any BD project.
- Generate monthly or ad hoc reports.
- Source for new corporate clients
- Assist the Business Development Manager in working with insurance companies to generate business for the Company.
- Assist in handling VIP Clients.
- Participate in physician engagement activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned by the Director/supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Business Studies or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of relevant Marketing and Business Development experience in Hospital or Medical Group.
