HR Assistant ( $2500 - $3000)
- Ensure that employee records are up to date and regularly maintained in the databases.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc HR projects / events when assigned.
- Full spectrum of employees and Foreign Workers Administration which includes work pass application/termination/Security Bond purchase, arrangement accommodation
- Assist with training & development (e.g. sourcing of courses, course registration, update of training records etc.)
- Assist in payroll processing leave management & CPF submission.
Job Requirement
Singaporeans/PR will be preferred.
With working experience
Compulsory to have knowledge in Microsoft Office
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
