Responsibilities:
- Gather user requirements to develop reference System Architecture design from Authority’s stakeholders
- Develop Infrastructure Management System (IMS), Industrial Control System (ICS) and Client architecture to facilitates subcontractor tender calling
- Gather user requirements to implement Cyber security processes, procedures and software according Authority’s security standards
- Manage the delivery of System Security Design Document, Compliance Test Plan, Compliance Test Report
- Manage and coordinate vendors to deliver OT/IT System according to specifications
- Coordinate with Authority’s vendor to ensure external successful connectivity and VPN tunnels between Site-to-Site firewall
- Gather user requirements to develop IT infrastructure (Open Integration Platform, Data Fusion Platform, etc) to support FM operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Well-versed in operational technology, cyber security & BMS
