Job Summary:
- Salary Range: Up $3,800 + AWS + VB
- Working Location: Central
- 5 days working day, 8:30am-5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, usher them to meeting rooms and serve beverages.
- Manage and maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and organized
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, flight bookings and travel arrangements as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Assist with ferry bookings and manage BatamFast card applications
- Support office equipment maintenance by assisting with inventory management and coordinating repairs
- Assist in administrative and office support activities, such as photocopying, scanning, binding, name cards requisitions and filing as needed
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cost allocation reports for various expense items
- Maintain security by issuing access cards to all staff and visitors
- Assist with pantry inventory and supplies when needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
