Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee/Business Development Associate to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, a passion for improving senior care, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights. Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and enhance our presence in existing ones.
- In Store Execution: Ensuring best in class retail execution across our portfolio, building and maintaining relationships with key outlets, understanding the category and identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Partnership Development: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with retailers, healthcare providers, and community organisations to expand our distribution network, enhance brand visibility and increase trial inductions
- Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales initiatives and develop business proposals to secure new accounts. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and customers. Gather feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
- Brand Representation: Represent Aire at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our brand presence and network with potential partners and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, and prioritize attitude over experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or consumer goods sector.

- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the senior care industry and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in incontinence products will be advantageous.
- Attributes: Proactive, people-person with strong interpersonal skills, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. A passion for making a positive impact in senior care and a commitment to Aire's mission.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel within Singapore up to 30% of the time. A valid drivers licence would be beneficial.
