Job Responsibilities:
- Identification and Assessment of Current State Processes:
- Analyzing and evaluating existing processes within the organization using methods such as interviews, focus groups, and data collection.
- Development of Future State Processes:
- Designing and planning new or improved processes in collaboration with stakeholders, including the Authority's contractors and vendors.
- Facilitation of Stakeholder Discussions or Workshops:
- Leading discussions or workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and achieve consensus on the proposed new processes.
- Documentation of Process Models:
- Creating detailed documentation of process models using the tools preferred by the Authority to ensure clear guidelines and reference materials.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Information Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences
- Familiarity with data management systems, such as data lakes, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and business analysis tools like Visio and Miro is highly regarded.
- Experience with government procurement procedures and the ability to write tender requirement specifications is advantageous.
