Job Duties
- Reports to the Project Engineer.
- Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.
- Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage.
- Surveys may include land use, housing and traffic patterns.
- Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications.
- 3 years’ experience in building surveying.
- Knowledge inpre-cast installation and verticality control is an advantage.
- Comfortable with full day 6 days work week.
