Work Week: 5 days (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end process of employee onboarding & offboarding
- Manage job postings, screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
- Collect and analyse HR data to support decision-making
- Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues
- Communicate policies to employee and ensure adherence
- Support & track performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective HR operations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR or related field
- Possess demonstrable experience with HR metrics
