Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide effective solutions.
- Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review applications, screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre-interview assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates and provide valuable feedback on their suitability for various positions.
- Negotiate offers, manage the acceptance process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize our recruitment process.
- Share insights on the candidate marketplace and recruitment trends with stakeholders.
- Participate in talent acquisition campaigns and leverage HR metrics for transparency and success.
- Analyze turnover rates, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- Support Learning & Development activities, including planning, coordination, and facilitation of training programs.
- Collaborate with government agencies and training institutions to enhance our training initiatives.
- Assist in career planning by compiling data from performance reviews.
- Develop internship and management trainee programs.
- Drive meaningful employee engagement and communications initiatives.
- Support ongoing employee welfare activities and company events.
- Foster an inclusive and caring culture by implementing staff well-being programs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree/Professional Certification in Human Resource or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management and/or Talent Acquisition.
- 1 to 2 years of team management experience preferred.
- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
