Responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
- Contact account holders via phone and email to remind them of outstanding payments and payment commitment dates.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by addressing any billing-related queries or issues.
- Monitor and follow up on payment dates with account holders.
- Issue waivers or credit notes for customer disputes as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all billing cases.
- Assist in preparing reports and loading account information.
- Send account statements, reminder letters, and tax invoices to account holders.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher Nitec or Nitec qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in the debt collection industry.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
