Responsibilities:
- As a Service Engineer, you will address equipment faults at customer locations. You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors regarding all aspects of add-on project activities.
- You are expected to closely monitor the progress of work to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Additionally, you will ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for site installation or fault rectification. Regular maintenance tasks for our customers are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
- You should have a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, and similar technologies.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license are required.
- Standby duty is also expected.
