JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure project success
- Prepare layout plans and develop construction drawings
- Create work schedule and supervise project on site closely and take corrective actions to ensure contractors carried out works conform to specifications, quality, budget and project timeline while adhering to safety code
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Conduct regular site meetings and report on project progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 2 years of project management experience in construction / renovation projects
- AutoCAD knowledge required
- Experience in retail or F&B renovations
- Interior design experience will be an advantage
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
