To lead execution and operationalization of business strategy and transformation determined by REDiv and Keppel senior leadership. Maintain governance and integrity of strategy execution to plan.
- As part of program management, lead Strategy Execution & Procurement Office. Lead a team of 1-2 junior members assigned to the program office.
In Strategy Execution:
- Participate and contribute to strategy and workstream formulation
- Work with internal teams and/or external consultants to drive transformative strategy formulations under direction of senior management
- Specific areas of focus are: 1) Owning Equinox 1.0 program and associated engagement and reporting 2) Developing, piloting and owning the Continuous Asset Improvement initiative
- Program-manage strategy execution workstreams. Provide progress status reporting to Senior Management via Steering Committee and program dashboards covering conceptualization, planning, execution, and benefits realization
In Procurement:
- Setting up and owning the Procurement function in Real Estate Division
- Own Procurement practice governance through setting and ensuring compliance to policies
- Own the consolidation and analysis of procurement data. Drive greater efficiency in procurement by policy setting or working with statekholders in indetifying and executing on workstreams to improve procurement practices
- Where applicable and necessary, lead, coach and/or facilitate workstream leads for successful delivery
- Where applicable and necessary, work closely with all divisions within Keppel; Corporate, Infratructure, Data Centre, Fund Management & Investment
- Contribute to the knowledge base of the Operational Excellence team thorough sharing and documentation
