Our client is a leading telecommunications vendor, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior RF Network Optimization Engineer.
Responsibilities:
To configure, integrate, and optimize Radio Access Networks, delivering advanced design solutions and enhancing network performance.
- Analyze, configure, and integrate RAN, executing change requests and upgrades.
- Develop radio solutions, plan networks, and dimension coverage to meet objectives.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and testing for optimal radio performance.
- Lead network performance analysis, providing recommendations to enhance customer networks.
- Guide RF/Network Engineers in project delivery and acceptance processes.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled RF professional with extensive experience in radio network design and optimization.
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or electrical engineering is required.
- 7+ years of experience in Radio Network Design & Optimization.
- Proficient in 3G, 4G, and 5G, especially with any Telecom Vendor equipment and network features.
- Skilled in network design and optimization tools, e.g., IBWAVE, TEMS, and NEMO.
- Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
