The Project Engineer manages all aspects of the construction site, from site preparations to project completion.
Job Description:
- Assist Project Manager to monitor project progress and to ensure project is carried out in compliance with design, project schedules and quality.
- Coordinate among all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct/attend meetings with sub-contractors to check and monitor the progress of works
- Prepare and maintain technical documents.
- Work closely with drafter to ensure accuracy of drawings and completion timelines of drawings are met.
- Prepare monthly progress report with progress photographs
- Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
- Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree holder in Civil & Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 2 years working experience in Construction/Engineering industry
- Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Project
- Possesses technical skills and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work with various disciplines and construction teams.
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess of Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
