JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
- To carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
- Liaise and hold meetings with clients & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
- Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
