Description:
- Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines.
- Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history.
- Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals.
- Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements.
- Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams.
- Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant qualifications.
- Diploma holders or fresh graduates with good aptitude will be considered.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and skills.
- Familiar with any electrical CAD software package.
- Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus.
- Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus.
