Job Description
- Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
- Participate in improvements to workflow and process flows.
- Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing email/callenquiries.
- Report the work progress to project manager
- Assist person in charge to accomplish the project related matter.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field
- More than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
- Good time management and meticulous
- Team player with good communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Class 3 driving license and knowledge in construction & CAD software are advantageous
