Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through networking, industry events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Client Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Partnership Development: Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to assess effectiveness and inform adjustments to strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in events or HR.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
