We’re seeking a Project Developer and Manager who is excited about the intersection of sustainability and creative thinking. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering our programmes, working closely with schools, corporate clients, and our team to create educational experiences that inspire and empower participants.
About the Role:-
- Partner closely with the Director to develop and manage educational programs and workshops, focusing on sustainability and creative problem-solving while leveraging our architecture and design-focused approach.
- Take a hands-on approach in planning, coordinating and delivering projects from start to finish.
- Work directly with clients, including educational institutions and corporations, to customise programmes that align with their goals and our mission.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Support and co-lead a small team of coaches to achieve and maintain high-quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with the core team to explore new opportunities and expand our business.

- Has 3+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, or industrial design.
