Responsibilities:
- Assist project team in the preparation of documents/reports including typing and editing.
- Upload and maintain accurate documents in server / online DMS system. Ensure documents are distributed to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Assist in pursuit / tender documents preparation.
- Assist in billing, invoice and good receipt.
- Assist in preparation and submission of claims.
- Assist in training matters and maintaining of records.
- Assist Project Directors in administrative matters.
- Any other project delivery administration task as assigned by BU head.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in administrative function, ideally supporting Engineering/Construction industry.
- Fast learner with a willing-to-do attitude and multitasking abilities.
- Meticulous in document compilation and maintaining data & records.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, MS Words and MS PowerPoint is a must.
