We are looking for a Enterprise Software Sales Director who will spearhead software growth for our customers, playing a pivotal role in our account management team.
About the role:
You will work collaboratively to meet and surpass client expectations, growing our existing software base and acquiring new customers. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. You will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new business from current clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Serving as the main point of contact, you'll start each day eager to foster new relationships while nurturing existing ones. You'll also address client queries, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and work closely with internal teams (including Customer Success and Sales) to enhance the overall customer experience.
In this role, you'll engage with clients to build strong rapport and effectively communicate our services. Your understanding of various industries will enable you to have meaningful C-suite conversations and present the right solutions. You'll learn from a respected team of professionals and grow your skills with a leading player in the Enterprise Software industry.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
- 10+ years of proven success in managing accounts and achieving sales excellence in Enterprise Software Sales.
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Achieve revenue and target goals.
- Identify and qualify product and solution leads within managed accounts.
- Self-directed, motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to develop leadership skills.
