- Basic pay up to $4500
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception through to completion.
- Ensure all architectural designs and practices comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality.
- Prepare and review architectural documentation and reports.
- Provide expert advice on architectural and construction-related matters.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in engineering related to Construction/Architectural Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of architectural regulations and standards.
- Possess working experience as RTO covering architectural trade.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
