Job Description:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and corporate sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets, key prospects, and strategic opportunities. Lead and mentor the business development and corporate sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales proposals and pitches. Develop partnerships and alliances that support the company’s growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Implement customer retention strategies and oversee key account management. Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs. Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Revenue Generation:Drive revenue growth by developing and executing initiatives to increase sales and market share. Monitor and analyze business performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Forecast sales and set performance goals, regularly reporting on financial outcomes to senior leadership.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge in Singapore & Vietnam's business landscape will also be advantageous
- Extensive experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly within the Asian market.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus.
