Job Scope:
- Analyze system data to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Consolidate data and generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new Lithium-ion battery products.
- Participate in the design, testing, and refinement of innovative battery systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Lithium-ion battery systems (LIB) and chargers.
- Repair and troubleshoot control boards (PCB) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assemble and test Lithium-ion battery systems, both in-house and third-party systems.
- Ensure all systems meet quality standards before deployment.
- Create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD to support product development and system assembly.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, repairs, and system modifications.
- Record and manage data related to system performance and maintenance activities.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in data analysis, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in new product development, particularly with Lithium-ion battery systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in LIB systems, chargers, and PCBs.
- Ability to assemble and test complex systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying technical drawings.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
