Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design proposals and system plans customized for each operational unit's specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify needs and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of digitalization projects and clarify user needs.
- Work closely with users and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress across all stages to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved.
- Manage team progress and overall process efficiency to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate project activities across departments to promote collaboration and synergy among diverse teams.
- Evaluate resource allocations and optimize their use to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Implement quality control measures and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions.
- Prepare presentations and documents for project progress reports and meetings.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in digitalization or system implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
