Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of presentations and proposal documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholder(s) to maintain and uphold quality of deliverables.
  • Perform regular checks, creation, amendment, and updating of data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with landlords, arrange viewings, and schedule appointments.
  • Interact seamlessly with internal teams, including office leasing and retail leasing departments.
  • Assist the stakeholder in resolving daily operational issues.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Apply robust coordination skills to efficiently manage assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least a NITEC in Business Studies, Office Studies, Administration (or any relevant field), or completed “O” / “N” level.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft applications.
  • Able to convey clear messages and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable making calls, coordinating meetings, and liaising with various internal departments.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive under pressure and work well in a dynamic setting.
