Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to establish project requirements and specifications.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track and assess project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to oversee installation activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
