Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Generate New Business: Proactively identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their staffing challenges.
- Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback on client preferences and market trends.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred.
- Skills:Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Network: Established network within the recruitment or HR industry is a plus.
