Role:
- Prioritize and analyse requests, design business processes, workflows and user interfaces, produce/write/review of functional, Technical, Interface specifications documents
- Analyse the enhancements, CRs and integration factorable with the application, Work with architect, development team on the smooth delivery of the solution by making appropriate recommendations for suggested technical solutions.
- System Analyst is responsible in the end-to-end system capability analysis to support Cards related applications on the mainframe and open systems platform.
- Analyse business requirements and provide functional solution to business requirements
- work with business, fellow SAs, FBA, architect, project team, testers and operations users as well as application development team for functional design/solutions
- guide testers/users in cards parameter setup for the new business (new org, product, pricing, etc)
- guide testers/users in the end-to-end reconciliation process
- prepare functional solution document
- support system integration, user acceptance, regression/performance testing - work closely with TCOE and business users to ensure coverage of critical and important functions
- post-implementation support.
- Identify and raise/escalate risks to the project/processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client Interaction, software development, testing & support of in Digital Banking, Mobile banking Apps, Wealth Management Applications.
- Experience in Requirement Elicitation for building Native Mobile Apps and Web applications on Digital platforms like Android, iPhone, IB with cross browser compatibility
- Experience in developing modules using Java, Kony Platform and IBM CC tools.
- Experience with Vision Plus and CardLink development is a strong plus.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications.
- Experience with other data platforms and tools such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Apache Kafka.
