Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and optimize vision application systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, focusing on precision and reliability.
- Select and integrate vision components to meet specific application requirements, ensuring compatibility with existing semiconductor equipment.
- Design and optimize optical paths and systems to enhance imaging performance and accuracy in semiconductor applications.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed vision structure designs and layouts, ensuring all designs meet technical and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test prototypes, analyze performance, and implement improvements based on testing results.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for vision systems, addressing issues related to vision accuracy, system performance, and component integration.
- Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, system specifications, and testing outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in vision systems and semiconductor equipment. Propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Vision, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in vision application design for semiconductor equipment, including hands-on experience with Vision Structure Design, AutoCAD, Vision Components, and Optics & Optical Paths Design.
- Proficiency in Vision Structure Design and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of vision components and their integration into semiconductor equipment.
- Expertise in optics and optical path design for high-precision applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex vision systems.
- Excellent communication in both english and chinese (China Stakeholder management) along with good interpersonal skills.
