Job Description
- To understand and assess the scope of the system enhancements to be developed, perform procurement and to ensure their timely implementation.
- Participate in discussions on the technical solution, security and integration features to ensure compliance with policies.
- Work with vendor to conduct investigation and/or analyses system behaviours , degradations, faults and mishaps to troubleshoot, identify and resolve any technical issues
- Manage operational issues and vendor to resolve the operational issues within the stipulated SLA
- To follow up on the necessary works required during frequent scheduled downtime.
- To monitor and report on the items managed.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information /ICT or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in software development, business analysis and/or project management.
- Participated in at least 1 full software or product development cycle.
- Prior work experience in (public sector) environment and familiar with Instruction Manuals will be an added advantage.
- Those with valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be preferred.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
