We are seeking a support engineer for a leading CCTV & Surveillance solution provider.
Responsibility:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain CCTV devices, applications, servers, storage, and network solutions;
- Collaborate with the team to deploy and provide technical support for smart devices, servers, and applications in both on-site and server rooms;
- Proactively work to improve reliability, stability, and security of the on-premises and private cloud environments;
- Manage the company's new hardware and software solutions, involving system troubleshooting and performance tuning tasks to ensure smooth and optimal operations;
Requirement:
- Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in computer, electronic or engineeringrelated;
- Have 2 years of working experience in technical work in IIoT/IT/Security/CCTV/Telecom-related industries;
- Basic hands-on skills in Linux like on RHEL and Ubuntu, includingconfiguration skills and maintenance;
- Good communication skills and a sense of customer focus;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaising with Chinese-speaking customers;
