What You Will Do
- Drive client satisfaction and retention by providing top-notch and targeted talent consulting services which align with client requirements, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
- Conduct market research to seek new clients and keep abreast with the current network of professionals in SIngapore and the region.
- Facilitate constructive negotiations between clients and candidates to align their requirements and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Establish strong connections within the professional community in Singapore and/or across APAC.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or any related discipline is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- People-oriented individual who enjoys networking, influencing and building relationships.
- Confidence in liaising with external clients and candidates
