Job Responsibilities:
- System Enhancement Management: Define and oversee the scope, procurement, and implementation of system enhancements.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Technical Solution Participation: Ensure technical solutions comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, adhering to SLAs.
- Operational Management: Address operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Scheduled Downtime Coordination: Manage tasks during scheduled downtime to minimize disruption.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track performance and provide regular updates on systems and projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or project management.
- Experience in at least 1 full software or product development cycle.
- PMP certification preferred.
