Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore’s inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data/Business Analyst specialising in Financial Reporting in the banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, developing data-driven solutions to support financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations, financial concepts, and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Extract and analyse financial data from various sources (e.g., core banking, accounting, risk management).
• Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports using tools like SQL and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure reporting outputs are complete and accurate.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data processes and procedures.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects and on-going requests.
• Provide training and support for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial reporting in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial concepts, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certification in financial analysis (e.g., CFA) or risk management (e.g., FRM).
• Experience with banking systems and software (e.g., Temenos).
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.
