As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing company footprint in Singapore by expanding our brand into the market. You will engage with potential new customers, partners and providers, and you will keep and nurture existing relationships with them.
You need to have experience developing new business in Singapore, with excellent business communication skills, along with a good English level too.
Overall, we are looking for someone with the right attitude towards a mix of business, technology and people!

- Experience working on large and/or global organizations;

- Demonstrate track record of high level of customer service and strong problem solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with management and communicate effectively with all levels of clients (management, senior management, executive and directors)

- Proven record of working on a sales or business development department, with clear results
- Team worker: need to be able to cooperate with peers and remote teams
- Fast learner: need to quickly absorb new concepts and incorporate that into your daily activities.
- Proven record of creating and managing clients from China.
- English level - Speaking fluently; Better if can also speak Chinese as need to communicate with China client.
- Ability to work based on timelines and manage KPIs;
- Self manager, should be able to provide clear visibility on its daily work to the leadership
Responsibilities
- Generate new business (customers) opportunity in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Research and investigate new opportunities and sales leads in an effort to expand existing accounts, then contacting assigned key accounts and prospective customers to establish relationships, and ultimately, closing sales.
- Manage existing customers relationships.
- Preparing forecasts on potential leads
- Lead and work with external partners and internal teams scope and manage the sales cycle (intake/pre-sales)
- Conduct executive level sales presentations.
- Prepare quotes, pricing and contract terms.
- Manage overall customer relationships and take ownership of all new opportunities.
