As a Network Specialist, you will build and maintains the organisation’s owned network equipment, taking responsibility for this core scope of the IoT Business.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the preparation of project technical solution, network planning and design and network monitoring strategy development.
· Responsible for network operation and maintenance management, including routing and switching, VPN, firewall, monitoring, logical isolation device and other network equipment routine maintenance.
· Responsible for dealing with network faults, using tools to troubleshoot, maintenance, and remote guidance to site engineers to remote service recovery;
· Responsible for Linux, Windows, virtualization (e.g. VMWare) and other mainstream operating system network configuration and debugging;
· Ensure end to end data-channel health in the IoT world.

Requirements
· Degree majoring in computer, network, communication technology,
· With 5+ years related network implementation or operation and maintenance work experience.
· Familiar with IP routing and switching and network security technology, familiar with mainstream network vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) equipment.
· Familiar with common network communication protocols (TCP / IP, switching routing protocols, VPN, etc.), able to independently carry out network planning, design and implementation.
· Proven experiences of independently identifying and analyzing network related problems. Familiar with packet inspection tools, able to stay focused and quickly deal with network emergencies and complex problems.
· Medium to large network project implementation experience is a bonus.
· Certificates with relevant industry certification (such as HCNP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE) is preferred.
· Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
· Sense of responsibility, with good teamwork spirit.
· Wearing the hat of O&M, make customer-centric decisions and dedication to fully understand and attempt to meet customer network requirements.
· Good understanding of IoT technology is a bonus.
· Proficiency in Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure operations is a plus
