JOB SUMMARY
Drive business growth through the planning, executing and maintenance of Corporate Accounts and Insurance Business.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Accounts
- Identify potential corporate accounts and maintain current accounts for the company across all the business units.
- Drive hospital/clinic sales through agreements with the Corporate Accounts including the commercial terms agreed by both parties.
- Prepare proposal for Corporate Accounts according to our available services, rates and client’s requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication with the relevant business units to successfully execute the agreements with our Corporate Accounts.
- Ensure good documentation practice and safekeeping of agreements by uploading them on Thomson Medical Intranet.
- Monitor Corporate Account’s utilisation of our services, for tracking and improvement of servicing purpose.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with the Corporate Accounts.
Insurance / Third Party Administrator Companies
Engage Insurance and TPA companies both locally and internationally through:
- Initiate and establish agreements with the companies on contracted rates
- Work closely with Finance, Business Units and the Management for the agreed rates
- Provision of cashless arrangements between the Insurance companies and the various Business Units in Thomson Medical
- Panelling of the centres and the doctors by the Insurance companies
- Regularly engage insurance and TPA partners and proactively seek out opportunities for partnerships
SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of Management Reports relating to Corporate Accounts and Insurance to Management.
- Participate in physician engagement activities
- Mentor and co-manage the Business Development team
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing and Business Development
- 5 years experience in Business Development/Marketing and Sales
- Strong business acumen and achievement oriented
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
