PURPOSE
This role will report into the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and support the financial planning and analysis function for both life and non-life insurance business.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
· Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management information decks covering financial and non-financial targets, actual performance and forecast.
· Support the end-to-end process of High-Level Business Plan and Detailed Financial Plan.
· Support the business in identifying gaps, opportunities and driving company performance.
· Seek inputs from various stakeholders as part of the abovementioned activities.
· Provide analysis of past data and market performance to support the recommendations of appropriate actions to drive business performance.
· Support the evaluation of regular distribution initiatives and strategic business cases whenever required
· Support the Senior FP&A Manager on key ad-hoc projects where required.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
· Degree in actuarial science, accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
· At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferable within insurance industry
· Strong focus on timely and accuracy of reporting
